Port Moresby: The National Capital District Commission has commenced ward planning exercises in parts of the city this week as a step in improving planning for basic service delivery to residents and communities living in Port Moresby. This follows a Training of Trainer workshop on ward planning held last week which saw 30 Ward Councillors and Community Development Committee members representing zones and wards in NCD and other civil society organisation attend.
